Goodwill Ex‑Servicemen’s Co‑Operative Society Ltd was founded in August 1977 and has earned the trust of public and private clients through dependable service over several decades. The Society rehabilitates ex-servicemen and their dependants by offering dignified employment while supplying fit, disciplined and efficient manpower to its customers.
We have over 300 members, primarily retired officers and personnel from the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force, guided by an 11-member Management Committee of senior veterans with rich corporate and field experience.

Aim
The aim of the Society is to effectively promote genuine welfare of all the members and their dependents.
Objectives
- Provide educational and vocational training facilities to members and their dependents.
- To assist members in rehabilitation.
- To provide suitable job opportunities to members and their dependents.
- To act as Placement Advisory Bureau.
- To undertake to start and execute such commercial activities and business ventures so as to raise resources and opportunities for the benefit of the members and dependents.
- To acquire, hold and manage the property owned or entrusted to the Society.
- To accept donations and deposits within the framework of relevant legal provisions.
- To administer such Society funds as may be instituted and entrusted to the Society.
- To formulate rules to regulate the work of Society and amend them from time to time whenever necessary.
- Provide motivation and impart training on importance of Co-operation as a concept and its benefits. Also provide funds for such activities.

The Society is steered by a 11-member Management Committee comprising senior ex-servicemen elected by the members. Current Management Committee was elected in 2023. They bring a rare mix of field experience, governance awareness, and strategic insight. This veteran-led leadership ensures that Goodwill remains disciplined, transparent, and responsive to both member welfare and client expectations.
